the location next to the mall was fabulous, AND I could walk for miles along the seafront. the indoor pool was really good for hotel facilities. the breakfast had so much variety and something for everyone.
the restaurant staff seemed like they didn't like to work. I had ordered a drink and waited 15 mins, so I asked again. 5 mins later, I still didn't have my drink and the guy serving walked off with a cigarette in his hand. it was ridiculous!

The hotel's location near the seaside offered lovely walks. I enjoyed the nearby restaurants and the shopping centerwith a variety of items. Meltem at the reception was professional and very helpful, contributing to a smooth check-in experience.
The minibar deposit of $200 felt excessive, especially considering the Executive Lounge access included with my room.

The rooms were spacious and clean. I had a great view of the seafront from my balcony. The hotel is close to shops and restaurants. The mall offers shopping and food options. I also found the train station close, with easy access to Bakirkoy and Sirkeci.
I found that the spa facilities fell short of my expectations. Made me travel to the center daily, defeating the purpose of choosing the hotel.

The hotel features a convenient location near the Florya shopping center. Breakfast included various choices and fresh items. I found the staff cute and helpful at all times. The hotel offers a lovely promenade along the sea, accessible directly from the hotel.
I noticed some minor wear in the bathroom fixtures upon arrival. It was not significant.

The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The layout provided ample space for luggage and movement. A work desk with accessible power outlets allowed me to comfortably manage tasks I had to complete. It included a nice ergonomic chair.

standard rooms are very small and would not properly fit a baby. i booked quite early and asked for a baby crib. i was told on check-in that they did not have any. then they got me one, but i did not feel a sense of caring overall.
